About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Analyst to join our Energy Markets team at E.ON SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and insights to support our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our energy trading and risk management activities.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders on energy market trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize our energy trading and risk management operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including energy market participants, regulators, and industry associations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends to ensure our business remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in energy trading, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
