Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term successful business relationships through personal or digital consultations and presentations
  • Proactively contact new and existing customers in the semiconductor sector to promote our service portfolio and identify new business opportunities
  • Determine the personnel needs of your customers and match them with the expertise of our candidates/project employees
  • Create customized offers and conduct price and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit and support our project employees, including disciplinary leadership responsibility
  • Contribute to the strategy and implementation of our regional corporate goals and objectives

Your Qualifications

  • Passion for sales, networking, and achieving business goals with your team
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably with a focus on semiconductors or technology
  • University degree and excellent German language skills (at least C1 level)
  • Class B driver's license and ability to travel
