Your Role:

As an Exhaust Gas Aftertreatment Engineer, you will contribute to the development of innovative exhaust gas purification concepts for gasoline engines. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Planning and executing tests on novel exhaust gas concepts using state-of-the-art engine test benches and in-vehicle testing environments.
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and documenting emission data to ensure optimal performance and compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Collaborating with engineers to refine exhaust gas aftertreatment systems, focusing on NOx, CO, and THC conversion while minimizing by-products.
  • Managing hardware resources and ensuring the smooth operation of testing equipment.

Your Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong academic background in process engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field. You should possess:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • A solid understanding of exhaust gas aftertreatment systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of combustion engines would be an advantage.
  • A commitment to teamwork, organizational skills, and a passion for technical challenges.
  • Analytical thinking and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B).
