Your Role: As a member of our customer service team specializing in technical support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide external support for customers with technical inquiries. You will also be involved in defining processes and optimizing existing procedures, particularly in the realm of technical assistance. This position requires you to tackle more complex issues, assist customers directly, and manage back-office tasks independently. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of a technical FAQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and challenges, primarily via telephone.
  • Ensure timely appointments for customers to receive their scheduled callbacks.
  • Support the handling of customer inquiries through various channels, including calls, emails, and chat.
  • Document customer interactions in our systems accurately.
  • Provide proactive feedback to enhance consumer electronics processes, improving customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Utilize your expertise to aid in the development of a technical FAQ.
  • Create tutorials, guides, and presentations in the technical domain, and train colleagues as needed.
  • Work a 5-day week, with shifts from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications:

  • Native German speaker is essential for this position (minimum C1 proficiency).
  • Experience in customer service, retail for electronic devices, or repair services for electronics.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Friendly, open, and receptive demeanor.
  • Problem-solving skills, reliability, and resilience.
  • Willingness to assist and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in handling electronic devices such as consoles, smartphones, laptops, and various operating systems.
  • A positive attitude and a smile are essential.
