About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team at MRH Trowe. As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the internal service for our fleet and individual customers, working closely with our external sales team to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the internal service for our fleet and individual customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, including the creation of customized insurance solutions for our customers.
  • Collaborate with our external sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and advice.

Requirements

  • Relevant education and experience in insurance sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
