Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing sales activities of Hanwha Advanced Materials' composite materials products worldwide. The successful candidate will sell the company's products and services using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products/services to their needs, resulting in revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and marketing efforts.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers, including LTA's, pricing, rebates, and new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain high-level relationships with customers, including key decision-makers.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with all levels of customers, including written and verbal communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in composite materials and products in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working with commercial customers and various materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MA degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures, SAP.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Experience developing and implementing basic sales/marketing campaigns.
  • Motivational speaking experience.
