Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our European team of regional sales managers in their day-to-day business activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring seamless order processing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain regular reporting on sales metrics, including revenue, forecast, sales funnel, and performance vs. targets.
- Support the sales team in all aspects of order processing, including quote creation, data maintenance, and paperwork management.
- Organize system shipment logistics and follow up with customers' accounts payable departments to ensure timely payment.
- Provide administrative support to regional management, including trade show planning and logistics.
- Assist with logistics, spare parts, and service business processing as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Highly driven, self-sufficient, and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerBI, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
- Fluent in English, with good language skills in German and/or French a plus.
