Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our European team of regional sales managers in their day-to-day business activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain regular reporting on sales metrics, including revenue, forecast, sales funnel, and performance vs. targets.
- Support the sales team in all aspects of order processing, from quote creation to final acceptance, including data entry, paperwork, and logistics coordination.
- Own and steer planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other regional events, in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
- Provide administrative support to the regional management team, including non-sales-related tasks and back-up logistics, spare parts, and service business processing.
- Potentially, the successful candidate can also grow into being the office manager for our new Dresden office.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Administration, or similar, or relevant apprenticeship with at least 3 years of experience.
- Highly driven, self-sufficient, and well-organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in analyzing complex data sets using tools like Excel or PowerBI.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Fluent in English, with good language skills in German and/or French highly advantageous.
