Intern in Supply Chain Management
The global supply chain team at Bayer is responsible for a variety of strategic, tactical, and operational projects within the pharmaceutical and consumer health supply chain. The Supply Chain Management team is responsible for Order Management and Export documentation for both divisions in the most efficient way. To work on current department projects and performance management, we are looking for support in the Global Supply Chain department for the following:
YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
- Support on Supply Chain Management projects
- Support on Department Metrics measurement and Performance Evaluation
- Help on identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Help to drive Sustainability Initiatives within Supply Chain Management
- Support on the day-to-day business operations, when required
WHO YOU ARE
- Ongoing Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, or similar
- Experience in project management in an international environment desirable
- Interest and initial professional experience in the areas of supply chain management and transport & warehousing
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), further knowledge of analysis and visualization tools would be an advantage
- Ability to work creatively, analytically, and in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills and interest in working with international colleagues from a wide range of functions and disciplines
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
