Key Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks for indoor and outdoor facilities, including buildings, technical equipment, and grounds.
- Handle complex cleaning projects and special assignments, such as leaf removal, furniture cleaning and repair, snow removal, and salting.
- Maintain the overall condition of properties, including orderliness, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Document tasks electronically using mobile devices to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor energy consumption devices and ensure proper waste disposal practices.
- Report any issues or repair needs to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed to maintain property integrity.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Strong technical understanding with good manual skills and attention to detail.
- Self-sufficiency and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Physical stamina and flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
