About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flachdachbau professional to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Flachdachbau projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate Flachdachbau projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project records, including documentation, reports, and financials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Flachdachbau project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Flachdachbau construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
