Beschreibung der Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Produkt Owner CRM & E-Commerce, der die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP CRM-Produkte SAP CDC, CDP und Emarsys übernimmt. Als Produkt Owner CRM & E-Commerce bist du verantwortlich für die Gesamtverantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Produkte.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuen der Produkte SAP CDC, CDP und Emarsys
  • Entwicklung und Pflege der fachlichen Vision und Strategie der Produkte
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Produkt-Roadmaps in Abstimmung mit dem TeamLead und anderen Stakeholdern
  • Priorisierung und Pflege des Backlogs für die Produkte
  • Mitwirken an Projekten und Prozessen zur Weiterentwicklung der Produkte
  • Sicherstellen der Stabilität und Optimierung der Betriebsprozesse
  • Erstellung und Überwachung der Produktbudgets
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im Bereich Business Administration (mit Vertiefung IT)
  • 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 3 Jahre als Product Owner
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Web Anwendungen und Apps sowie allgemeine Kenntnisse in CRM Systemen und UX Methoden/Design
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Lösungs- und dienstleistungsorientiert
  • Hohes Maß an Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsstärke
