In the complex world of industrial solutions, our secret recipe is our deep understanding of customers and processes. As a Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical implementation, finding the perfect balance between market demands, feasibility, and profitability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Leadership Team to develop strategies for your area and shape and drive the establishment of quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • As part of a cross-functional team, manage and prioritize the backlog to generate the greatest value for our customers and Operations1
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and use a variety of discovery and research methods
  • Think in user problems, sharpen hypotheses through analysis, A/B tests, and user interviews, and develop solutions to further develop our product
  • Make decisions on feature implementation (feasibility, viability, and desirability)
  • Work with our Tech Leads and Product Designers to organize sprint-to-sprint work
  • Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders and make successes in your team transparent and measurable

Your Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the SaaS or Industrial IT environment
  • You have in-depth knowledge of processes along the value chain of industrial companies with a focus on shopfloor processes
  • You are interested in new technologies (AI), Industry 4.0, and system landscapes (ERP / MES / IoT)
  • You are used to working iteratively and have experience with agile methods (Scrum) and project management tools (e.g. Jira, YouTrack)
  • You think analytically, are quality-driven, and experienced in working with data and KPIs
  • You work independently, can inspire others, enjoy innovation, and have strong conceptual skills
  • You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
