About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Head Funds Management to join our team at BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking. As a key member of our Internal Technology & Organisation team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the Funds Management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in the Funds Management department, ensuring compliant and timely processing of Disposition and FXMM/Cheque activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Take accountability for the compliant and timely processing of disposition/FXMM activities, accurate reporting, and monitoring of agreed KPIs.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of operations in Germany by driving innovation and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Several years of leadership and management experience in a financial services company, especially in Payments/FXMM/Cheques.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills, with the ability to represent the Bank internally and externally.
  • Long-term experience in a financial services company, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Very good German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
