Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in a key role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the network of subcontractors.
  • Independently manage new construction and renovation projects across various sectors.
  • Oversee projects from the initiation phase, contributing significantly to their development.
  • Actively participate in all project phases, including planning, procurement, execution, and handover.
  • Prepare work plans, including quantity take-offs and design reviews.
  • Conduct contract preparation and review as both contractor and client.
  • Negotiate and award construction and service contracts in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to cost and schedule targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company philosophy, ethical standards, and quality management protocols.
  • Facilitate the timely and efficient delivery of services in line with client contracts and requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction and project management within office, hotel, or retail sectors.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Demonstrated quality awareness, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a strong service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with a solid technical foundation.
  • Cross-functional thinking, analytical skills, and reliability.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with a comprehensive understanding of construction and economic contexts.
