Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new business customers, as well as nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and engagement
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential customers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales-driven materials and campaigns
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Self-motivated and results-driven work ethic
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment
