Your Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for configuration, reporting enhancements, and large system adaptations.
- Translate requirements into actionable insights and develop solutions to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced security issues, including data discrepancies, synchronization problems, and performance issues.
- Manage user access and security roles within Workday, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including unauthorized access attempts and data breaches.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and support teams to facilitate user self-service and promote best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements, upgrades, and patches to increase system efficiency and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience administering Workday reporting, master data, and security functionalities.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday reporting tools, data integration techniques, and security protocols.
- Relevant certifications, such as Workday Reporting and Security Certifications, are preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills in English, with proficiency in German an advantage.
