Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Controlling Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain division, you will be responsible for group-wide controlling responsibility for the areas of production, logistics, quality, technology, and planning. You will actively support and create the strategic planning for monthly forecasting and the annual target setting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead a team of Supply Chain Controllers and promote a cooperative and high-performance team culture
  • Support and challenge team members and identify training and development needs in good time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve supply chain performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain and production controlling. You should have a degree in business administration specializing in controlling, accounting, or comparable subjects. You should also have experience working with SAP and common IT tools, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
