Operational Technology Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology Specialist to join our team at Intersnack. As a key member of our OT team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our Operational Technology standard and leading the rollout of this standard across all our sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of a standardized OT framework for Intersnack, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Support the OT pilot project, ensuring successful implementation and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain operational handbooks outlining Intersnack's OT standards, ensuring consistency and clarity across all sites.
- Provide on-site Go-Live and hypercare support during implementation, ensuring a smooth transition for our key users.
- Train plant key users on new systems and templates, empowering them to effectively utilize our OT standards.
- Lead the future rollout of the developed OT standards across all company sites, driving adoption and ensuring successful implementation.
Requirements
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in FMCG (ideally food), IT, or Consulting roles, with hands-on experience with MES systems and programming.
- Knowledge of PLCs, OPC/Kepware, and project management, with experience with MES implementations a plus.
- Fluent in English; German or other Intersnack languages beneficial.
