Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage sales and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
