Assistant Store Manager

New Balance is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join their team in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient sales processes.
- Collaborate with the Retail Management team to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective staff schedules, training programs, and performance management systems.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Requirements:
- Commercial background with leadership experience in retail or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing business needs.
