Job Title: SAP Application Technology Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP application technology expert to join our team in Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Delivery. As a key member of our Application Technical Area, you will play a crucial role in managing software updates for our private cloud offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute mass deployments of new software artifacts across the ECS system landscape.
  • Align with Software Development and Productization on validation results of new packages.
  • Work with ECS operations teams to identify risks and safeguarding needs.
  • Compile waves for execution and review results for any problems requiring follow-up activities or plans.
Requirements:
  • Cloud Mindset and previous work experience in a team running SAP technology-based systems on a large scale.
  • Experience in planning large-scale software change implementations and Operational Software Life Cycle Management.
  • Good understanding of SAP application technology, especially system architecture, software updates/upgrades, and SAP software update tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize technical concepts for wider audiences.
