Operational Excellence Specialist

Challenge and Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our Operational Excellence team. As a Werkstudent:in, you will be responsible for supporting our OPEX projects, from concept development to implementation. You will work independently on internal and external projects, conduct research, pilot and introduce new tools, and develop our existing tool landscape.

Your Tasks:

  • Support in OPEX projects: concept development to implementation
  • Independent takeover of internal/external projects
  • Support in research, pilot and introduction of new tools
  • Development of our existing tool landscape
  • Promotion and development of templates for Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
  • Creation of new templates and integration of new functions (VBA/XML/Python/Java/JavaScript)

Required Skills:

  • Excellent performance in the study of Business Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering or Economics
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fundamental programming knowledge in VBA, Python and XML
  • Automotive affinity, experience in the automotive industry an advantage
  • Analytical, structured and implementation-oriented way of working

Compensation:

The salary is based on our collective agreement and currently amounts to 17.52 EUR per hour.
