About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at HDI AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions and architectures across our international group, as well as developing innovative applications for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions and architectures to ensure secure and efficient access to our systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain innovative applications to support our employees' needs.
  • Provide proactive advice to our customers on IT implementation, strategy, and process optimization in the area of identity and access management.
  • Automate identity and access management processes and improve data quality.
  • Optimize our software development process to improve quality and reduce cycle times.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in developing identity and access management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Java programming language and experience with IT security, SQL, Active Directory, cloud services, and web services.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in an agile environment.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Broad travel opportunities within Germany.
