Position Overview
As a pivotal figure in the realm of digital identity, the Integrator will spearhead the development and implementation of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution. This role is essential for ensuring a secure, efficient, and compliant identity management framework within the organization.
Organizational Context
The role is situated within the Group CIO division, which bridges technology with business strategy, defining the technology operating model for AXA. This division sets global and local standards for architecture, applications, and infrastructure, leading the execution of technology strategies that foster innovation and business growth.
Departmental Focus
You will be part of the Identity Global Products (IGP) team, responsible for delivering comprehensive identity solutions across the AXA organization. Our mission encompasses:
- Identity Provisioning & Authorizations: Overseeing the lifecycle of user accounts and roles across diverse systems.
- Authentication: Implementing robust verification processes for users and systems.
- Access Management: Ensuring that access to resources is granted only to authorized individuals.
- Security: Safeguarding sensitive information through effective identity and access management policies.
- Compliance: Upholding regulatory standards related to identity management and data protection.
In essence, the IGP team serves as the steward of AXA's digital identity, ensuring that access is appropriately managed to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information assets.
Key Responsibilities
The Integrator's role encompasses a variety of critical functions:
- Technical Implementation: Leading the technical deployment of the IGA solution, including system configuration and testing.
- Process Automation: Streamlining identity management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engaging with IT, HR, and Security teams to align the identity provisioning tool with organizational needs.
- Maintenance: Ensuring the ongoing enhancement of the AXA global platform and its associated documentation.
- Operations Management: Overseeing complex IAM incidents and training teams on standard operational procedures.
- Change Management: Supporting demand management processes and assessing client requirements against existing use cases.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in information security or IAM within large organizations, particularly in shared services.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Saviynt IGA cloud platform and CA Identity Manager.
- Expertise: Knowledge of directories, SQL, certificates, PKI, Java, and middleware.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
- Client relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English, with a second language being advantageous.
