**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Engineer to join our team at Darwin Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop solar PV projects from preliminary to detailed level, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Optimize layouts and yields based on constraint analysis, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Construction, Operations, and Development, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support the preparation of post-construction documentation and provide expertise during project development and implementation.
  • Lead technical due diligences and provide guidance on project feasibility and viability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, engineers, project managers, and external partners.

**Requirements:**

  • University degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in renewable energy or a related field.
  • Proven track record of business transformation or operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business fluency in English and German.
