**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solar Engineer to join our Renewables team in Germany, Poland, and Hungary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects from initial conception to full planning submission status.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and develop solar PV projects, including technical design work, from preliminary to detail level.
  • Define technical parameters and specifications for main components, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Support the preparation of post-construction documentation and provide expertise during project development and implementation.
  • Undertake initial yield assessment of potential solar sites and support technical due diligence if needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including developers, engineers, project managers, and external partners to ensure optimal project outcomes.

**Your Profile**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Renewables.
  • A proven track record in business transformation or operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business fluency in English.
