Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that attracts and retains top talent in the industry.
  • HR Strategy: You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Sparring Partner: You will provide strategic guidance and support to the management team on all HR-related matters.
  • HR Operations: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and HR strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Germany.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German (C2 level) is required.
