About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Reception Administrator to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and issuing visitor passes
- Register and log visitors, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Implement security protocols for visitors and vendors
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a reception role is an asset
