About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Reception Administrator to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and issuing visitor passes
  • Register and log visitors, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Implement security protocols for visitors and vendors

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a reception role is an asset
