Business Intelligence Specialist

About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Data Analytics & Integration team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing stable solutions for our business intelligence and data management needs.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business intelligence and data management requirements in collaboration with our functional teams.
- Develop technical concepts and user stories, working closely with our product team to bring them to life.
- Implement stable and performant solutions in our on-prem and Azure cloud system landscape, ensuring seamless operation and minimal maintenance.
- Take ownership of project activities in the Support & Operations area.
- Ensure the stability and quality of our BI operations in 2nd and 3rd level support, while also supporting the administration of our BI tools.
- You're a strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills and a passion for hands-on work.
- You have a deep understanding of business-oriented IT solutions and enjoy the digitalization of companies.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Integration.
- You have a solid background in ETL modeling (for the development of data warehouses or data integration) and experience with relational databases, data source connections, data preparation, and data provision (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure DWH, Azure Data Lake, Fabric).
- You're familiar with OLAP data modeling (e.g., SSAS Tabular or Multi-Dimensional) and have experience with cloud data modeling and Power BI.
- Excellent German and English language skills (at least C-level) are a must.
