About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Data Analytics & Integration team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing stable solutions for our business intelligence and data management needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business intelligence and data management requirements in collaboration with our functional teams.
  • Develop technical concepts and user stories, working closely with our product team to bring them to life.
  • Implement stable and performant solutions in our on-prem and Azure cloud system landscape, ensuring seamless operation and minimal maintenance.
  • Take ownership of project activities in the Support & Operations area.
  • Ensure the stability and quality of our BI operations in 2nd and 3rd level support, while also supporting the administration of our BI tools.
Requirements
  • You're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for hands-on work.
  • You have a strong affinity for business-oriented IT solutions and enjoy the digitalization of companies.
  • You bring several years of experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Integration.
  • You've also worked on ETL modeling for data warehouses or data integration, and have a solid understanding of relational database design, data source connections, data preparation, and data provision (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure DWH, Azure Data Lake, Fabric).
  • Bonus points for experience with OLAP data modeling (e.g., SSAS Tabular or Multi-Dimensional) and cloud data modeling.
  • Fluency in German and English (C-level) is a must.
