YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of system specifications and documentation tailored for client projects during the sales and project phases.
  • Utilization of tools for the configuration and combination of standard texts, drawings, and project-specific content.
  • Ongoing enhancement of documentation frameworks and product knowledge through thorough research and analysis.
  • Gathering of all pertinent information aimed at the customer demographic.
  • Creation of content in collaboration with product/project management, engineering, and sales teams, adhering to both internal and external customer requirements.
  • Transformation, preparation, and organization of information for clarity and usability.
  • Autonomous management of documentation projects, ensuring alignment with customer project milestones.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Background in technical writing or a related technical or linguistic field.
  • Proven experience in technical documentation, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and guidelines in technical documentation.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on research and audience-specific information presentation.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to think across disciplines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and strong execution capabilities.
  • Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
  • Self-motivated and initiative-driven.
