Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PDL/ Pflegedienstleitung to lead our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care facility and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers to provide high-quality care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure high standards of care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. nursing, healthcare administration)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a care facility
  • Proven track record of improving resident satisfaction and engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
