Global Procurement Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the global procurement of components for wind turbines, including conducting market analysis, selecting suppliers, and fostering supplier relationships. Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies. Perform cost evaluations and analyses. Negotiate overarching framework agreements on a global scale. Accountable for achieving global objectives related to cost, quality, and delivery within the material category. Collaborate actively in development initiatives, representing the sourcing function; manage both internal and external interactions.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in strategic procurement. Strong strategic mindset, excellent negotiation capabilities, and assertiveness. Technical acumen. Proficiency in intercultural communication. Exceptional language skills (English required; proficiency in German or Spanish is advantageous).BENEFITS OFFERED
