About the Role
As a Medical Director Immunology, you'll be responsible for leading a team of medical advisors and medical science managers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement medical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. Your expertise in immunology will be essential in developing and executing medical plans that meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute medical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Lead a team of medical advisors and medical science managers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement medical plans
- Provide medical expertise and guidance to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patient organizations
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field, such as immunology or a related field
- Proven experience in a medical leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong expertise in immunology, with a focus on dermatology and rheumatology
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
