Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Arzt, der sich auf Immunologie spezialisiert hat, um unsere Medikamente in den Bereichen Psoriasis, Psoriasis-Arthritis und rheumatologischen Erkrankungen zu entwickeln und zu vermarkten. Als Associate Medical Director Immunology werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und werden die medizinische Betreuung unserer Produkte im Markt sowie die Implementierung unserer Pipeline-Produkte in den genannten Bereichen verantworten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Die medizinische Betreuung unserer Produkte im Markt sowie die Implementierung unserer Pipeline-Produkte in den Bereichen Psoriasis, Psoriasis-Arthritis und rheumatologischen Erkrankungen.
  • Die funktionsübergreifende Koordination und Betreuung aller medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen und arzneimittel-sicherheitsrelevanten Aktivitäten.
  • Die Erstellung globaler Strategiekonzepte und deren Umsetzung auf lokaler Ebene.
  • Die medizinischen Inhalte von Market Access Aktivitäten und die Unterstützung von Market Access bei der Erstellung von Dokumenten im Rahmen des AMNOG-value-dossiers.
  • Die Beurteilung medizinischer und pharmazeutischer Inhalte von promotionellen und nicht promotionellen Materialien.
  • Die Teilnahme an medizinischen Konferenzen, Kongressen und Fachtagungen und die Repräsentation von BMS als medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Experte im Indikationsbereich.
  • Die Führung und Entwicklung eines leistungsstarken medizinischen Teams von Medical Advisors und Medical Science Managern.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Ein promovierter Arzt mit abgeschlossener Facharztausbildung oder ein vergleichbares naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit anschließender naturwissenschaftlicher Promotion.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, insbesondere als Medical Advisor, und die Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifende Projekte zu steuern.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Immunologie, insbesondere mit dem Fokus auf Dermatologie und Rheumatologie.
  • Eine natürliche Führungspersönlichkeit, die glaubwürdig, authentisch, kommunikationsstark und menschlich auftritt.
  • Fähigkeit, ein Team abzuholen und zu inspirieren, selbstbewusst aufzutreten und klar Position zu beziehen.
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Value-Dossiers und in der Gestaltung und Implementierung von klinischen/pharmakologischen Studien.
  • Konzeptionelle und analytische Denkweise, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kooperationsfähigkeit.
  • Belastbarkeit, Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und den Überblick über den Aufgabenbereich zu behalten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten zur Präsentation und Diskussion wissenschaftlicher Inhalte vor Fachpublikum.
