Key Responsibilities- Lead the international SCADA, IT & OT team and provide disciplinary and professional leadership to team members.
- Drive the development of the team based on departmental goals and take responsibility for the technical development of the team.
- Develop and implement plans to increase team capabilities, standardize and harmonize processes and approaches across the project portfolio.
- Create resource plans for the team, considering current and future offshore projects, and continuously develop these plans.
- Develop employees according to individual capabilities and career plans as well as business and project needs.
- Constantly exchange with other team leads and management of the organizational unit.
- Support employees in their project work and provide active troubleshooting if necessary.
- Academic degree in electrical engineering, information technology or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of professional experience in the area of responsibility.
- Broad and good understanding of various components and systems of control technology, automation technology, information technology, IT/OT security and communication systems.
- Initial leadership experience, ideally deepened by training or further education.
- Good communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness in German and English, as well as a friendly and confident manner.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a high pace of work and still maintaining an overview.
