Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die unsere Exportkontroll- und Sanktionsprozesse weiterentwickeln und optimieren möchte.

Hauptraumfelder
  • Exportkontrolle und Sanktionen: Wir sind Teil der globalen und zentralen Steuerabteilung der Robert Bosch Gruppe und haben die globale Governance-Funktion für Außenhandel und Exportkontrolle.
  • Prozessmanagement: Als Global Head of Process Transformation Export Control & Sanctions übernehmen Sie die Führung und den Aufbau eines Teams zur Sicherstellung der Complianceprozesse im Bereich Exportkontrolle und Sanktionen.
  • Risikomanagement: Sie definieren und implementieren Schnittstellen zu Geschäftsbereichsspezifischen Geschäftsprozessen und Geschäftsmodellen und stellen sicher, dass Bosch die gesetzlichen Anforderungen im Außenhandel sowie in der Exportkontrolle einhält.
Qualifikationen
  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht/Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Sie verfügen über fundiertes Fachwissen, langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Exportkontrolle und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung. Idealerweise haben Sie umfassende Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement (SAP, GTS) und ein breites Prozessverständnis.
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Hohes Maß an Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit, der Fähigkeit zum proaktiven Risikomanagement; überzeugende und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
