Überblick über die Rolle:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Anforderungsingenieur, der sich auf die Erfassung, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen spezialisiert hat. In dieser Funktion sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Fachbereichen und den IT-Anwendungsentwicklern bei Projekten.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Erfassung, Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen und den IT-Anwendungsentwicklern
  • Erstellung von Mockups z.B. in figma
  • Entwicklung und Pflege der Anforderungsdokumentationen und -spezifikationen
  • Sicherstellung der Nachvollziehbarkeit und Konsistenz von Anforderungen
  • Umsetzungs- und Testbegleitung zur Sicherstellung der fachlichen Abnahmekriterien
  • Identifizierung und Management von Anforderungsänderungen (Change Requests) während laufender Projekte
  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Anforderungsmanagementprozesses

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Ingenieurwesens oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Anforderungsmanagement / Requirements Engineering und/oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion, etwa im Project Management Office (PMO), Portfoliomanagement, Stakeholdermanagement oder in der Business-Analyse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Methoden des Anforderungsmanagements und der Anwendung entsprechender Werkzeuge
  • Erfahrung mit agilen und/oder traditionellen bzw. hybriden Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe, heterogene Anforderungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu strukturieren, gepaart mit Problemlösungskompetenz und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Berufspraxis im Umgang mit IT- und Techniklieferanten
  • Know-how im Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und Prozessdokumentationswerkzeugen
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Kompetenz und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und am Austausch mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen
