As a representative of exceptional taste, you will be the primary contact for our clients, overseeing and coordinating all aspects of their events.

Flexible Working Hours:

  • Full-time or part-time: starting from 30 hours per week
  • Workdays Monday to Saturday, no work on Sundays and public holidays
  • Service tasks based on demand

Diverse Responsibilities:

Service-related tasks (approximately 70%):

  • Execution of service activities such as buffet service, menu service, and beverage service
  • Setup and breakdown of catering for various events, including banquets, seminars, evening events, trade shows, and private celebrations
  • Buffet setup and management during events
  • Ensuring logistical processes and adherence to quality standards

Office-related tasks (approximately 30%):

  • Handling of catering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Providing tailored consultations and preparing quotes and contracts for private and corporate clients
  • Coordinating with all involved departments such as kitchen, logistics, and transportation

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Preferably completed vocational training in event management, catering, or hospitality, though not mandatory
  • Experience in the hospitality, retail, or sales sectors is desirable, but career changers are also welcome
  • Strong commitment to quality and high service orientation
  • Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written
