About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and executing our local transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate local transportation operations, utilizing a fleet of approximately 150 vehicles.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of our fleet and transportation resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and service partners.
  • Monitor and control the quality of shipments and continuously improve our dispatching processes.
Requirements
  • Relevant education and experience in logistics and transportation, preferably with a focus on freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Strong knowledge of social regulations for drivers and transportation laws.
  • Excellent regional knowledge and familiarity with hazardous materials regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and early mornings.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
