Position Overview:

As an International Marketing Management Trainee, you will embark on a unique 24-month program designed to establish a solid foundation for a successful international career. This role involves engaging in cross-functional and cross-market initiatives within Central Europe, covering key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain valuable insights through various rotations within the Marketing department, including Digital, E-Commerce, Offline Activation, Brand, and Trade Marketing.
  • Develop brand strategies, execute and assess marketing campaigns, and manage diverse channels to ensure long-term success.
  • Expand your professional network with an international rotation in our offices abroad.
  • Collaborate with a senior leader as your personal coach to guide your professional and personal growth throughout the program.
  • Contribute to shaping our Marketing agenda and strategy, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our brand portfolio.
  • Enhance your learning experience by working cross-functionally and managing various stakeholders.
  • Acquire foundational knowledge of our sales operations through a rotation in our Field Force.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Management, or Communications.
  • Relevant experience through internships or working student roles.
  • International exposure via study or internship abroad.
  • A dynamic and passionate individual with strong communication, conceptual, and analytical skills.
