About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team at Insider. As a key member of our pre-sales process, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects, understanding their business needs, and presenting our value proposition effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Martech industry to qualify prospect's goals and requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales process, providing expert guidance and support
- Contribute to the sales strategy by connecting prospect's requirements with our platform
- Deliver personalized demos and presentations to both business and technical audiences
- Lead internal coordination for technical responses to RFIs/RFPs
- Maintain awareness of product roadmap and share market insights with the Product Management Team
- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to our Customer Success Team for onboarding
- Assist the sales team in creating personalized decks and use cases
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar technical and client-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on capturing requirements and articulating business value
- Proven track record in selling SaaS applications to enterprise environments
- Technical understanding of SAAS solutions, architecture, and integrations
- Ability to coordinate parties with different backgrounds to solve business and technical problems
- Self-starter, multitasker, and committed to upholding standards in the sales process
