Production and Sales Analyst

Position Overview:
The role of the Production and Sales Controller encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Controlling Functions: Oversee production and sales controlling, alongside project management oversight.
- Data Analysis: Identify weaknesses and generate Business Intelligence reports to support decision-making.
- Key Performance Indicators: Develop and evaluate essential metrics for both production and sales activities.
- Variance Analysis: Prepare comprehensive variance analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Costing Responsibilities: Establish machine hour rates and provide insights on business area evaluations.
- Visualization Management: Monitor and maintain visual representations of key performance indicators.
- Product Development Support: Create work plans and bill of materials for new products and modifications.
- Master Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate master data management across various systems.
- Costing Oversight: Accountable for the costing of all product categories.
- Contribution Margin Analysis: Conduct and assess contribution margin calculations.
- Time Studies: Perform time studies to validate cost calculations.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for all core departments regarding business matters.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in production and sales controlling.
- Background in cost accounting is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Power BI.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably IFS and MES (BDE).
- Basic knowledge of REFA methodologies.
- IT competencies to facilitate communication between IT and operational users.
- Exhibit an analytical and systematic approach to work.
- Ability to manage conflicts in a constructive manner.
