Role Overview:

The Production and Sales Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations related to production and sales, ensuring efficient project management and controlling.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting production and sales financial oversight, alongside project financial management.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and generating Business Intelligence reports for strategic insights.
  • Developing essential metrics and assessments for production and sales performance.
  • Preparing variance analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Establishing machine hour rates and providing commentary on business area evaluations.
  • Tracking and updating visual representations of key performance indicators.
  • Formulating work plans and bills of materials for new products and modifications.
  • Managing master data across various systems.
  • Overseeing cost assessments for all product categories.
  • Executing and evaluating contribution margin calculations.
  • Conducting time studies to validate financial assumptions.
  • Serving as the primary contact for all core departments regarding financial matters.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in production and sales financial oversight.
  • Background in cost accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Power BI tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably IFS and MES (BDE).
  • Basic knowledge of REFA methodologies.
  • IT competencies to facilitate communication between IT and operational users.
  • Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Ability to manage conflicts in a constructive manner.
