OBJECTIVE & SIGNIFICANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
- Acquire and generate insights related to consumers and sports
- Support the execution of the category strategy
- Collaborate with all creative functions to deliver product ideas
- Develop product ranges under guidance to meet category objectives
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Product Manager/Senior Product Manager in formulating the range strategy, and gradually take charge of managing range direction with guidance
- Comprehend and implement the product development process in accordance with scheduled timelines
- Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless product development process with optimal outcomes
- Evaluate range performance
- Enhance knowledge to maintain product information systems in line with process timelines
- Understand market, consumer, and retailer demands to create leading-edge products
- Contribute to the preparation of range presentations; eventually present own ranges under the guidance of the superior regarding structure and content
- Assist the creation team in executing the defined Concept to Consumer (CtC) direction for relevant ranges in collaboration with CtC counterparts
- Implement assigned projects within an agreed framework

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing/business/textiles/fashion
- Global perspective, ideally with international study experience
- Minimum one relevant internship, ideally with one year of practical experience
- Proficient in English
- Computer skills (MS Office applications)
