AI & Data Engineering Specialist

LAMILUX Heinrich Strunz GmbH is seeking a talented and passionate KI & Data Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our company by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI, RPA, and Low-Code.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and Manage Our Microsoft Power Platform Community: Foster a vibrant community around our Power Platform solutions, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues across departments.
• Consult on Automation, AI, and Data Analysis: Provide expert guidance to various departments on how to leverage automation, AI, and data analysis to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Drive Intelligent Automation Initiatives: Identify opportunities for intelligent automation within our processes and collaborate with departments to implement these solutions.
• Establish Methodological Frameworks: Contribute to the development of robust frameworks for RPA, Low-Code, AI, and Data Analytics, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
• Champion Platform Adoption: Take ownership of platforms like Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot, driving their adoption and maximizing their value within LAMILUX.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about emerging automation technologies and share your knowledge with the team through training and workshops.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in technical, natural sciences, or business studies.
• A strong passion for modern technologies like AI, RPA, and Low-Code.
• A goal-oriented and innovative mindset with a desire to make a real impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
