Position Overview:

As a vital member of our legal team at REHAU, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive legal guidance and support across various departments. Your expertise will primarily focus on contract and commercial law, with an advantageous background in labor law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing legal counsel to different departments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Managing and negotiating purchase and sales agreements, confidentiality contracts, and other legal documents independently.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of contract templates and standard terms and conditions.
  • Facilitating internal training sessions on legal and compliance matters to enhance organizational understanding.
  • Formulating and executing internal policies to align with legal standards and best practices.
  • Engaging in collaborative projects and interdisciplinary teams to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within a legal department of an industrial organization or consulting firm.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance and data protection regulations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of economic and organizational dynamics.
