This position requires proficiency in both independent work and collaboration within cross-functional project teams. The Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Operations team to plan and request email and push notifications to support marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and request email and push notifications to support marketing strategies
- Provide assets, translations, and approvals to the Marketing Operations team to build outbound campaigns
- Create and update outbound reports, analyze AB tests, and provide recommendations
- Create test plans with clear hypotheses and guidelines to determine if a campaign was successful
- Update and maintain roadmap documentation
- Ensure all outbound communication is aligned with brand guidelines in terms of creative and tone of voice

As a Coordinator, Outbound Marketing, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive member engagement and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of these campaigns.
