Job Description

Location: Frankfurt am Main

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive - Administration to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Deutschland GmbH.

About the Role

As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing support in various areas, including:

  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) inquiries and support
  • ISO certification and ASA (Arbeitsschutzausschuss) meetings
  • Creation of sustainability and HSE reports for the European or global management level
  • Contract management and administration
  • Review and processing of requests in accordance with SLAs and legal department approval
  • Support in event organization and corporate social responsibility
  • Support in facility management, mobile management, company car management, travel management, GDPR/data privacy, onboarding, and procurement
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A successful academic background
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Able to work in international teams and take on responsibilities
  • Proactive attitude and independent work style
